The Approach:

We built Vault247, a free AR-powered mobile game that transformed phones into key-finding tools. Players scanned their surroundings to uncover hidden keys, each offering a chance to unlock the Vault and claim rewards.

Every key was stored in a digital wallet, keeping the prize tied to the player. To boost organic reach, sharing the game unlocked bonus entries, a mechanic that fuelled word-of-mouth and repeat visits. The design combined AR gamification campaigns with seamless playability, requiring no downloads and ensuring accessibility across markets.
