Infobip: Augmented Reality Event Engagement
Infobip wanted to capture the attention of event attendees and create a memorable, exciting experience that demonstrated the power of conversational AI.
The aim was to introduce Infobip’s new Augmentation platform — a branded web app enabling a geolocated augmented reality experience for partners and customers to explore at the Saudi Retail Show.
The Approach
We developed a web-based AR platform, accessible instantly through any mobile browser.
Using geo-targeted AR triggers, attendees explored three interactive 3D objects representing Infobip’s communication channels (WhatsApp, SMS, and Email) each designed to drive engagement and direct participants to the Infobip stand.

The Results
