Infobip’s annual Shift conference is one of Europe’s largest and most vibrant developer events—designed to deliver interactive, engaging content in a truly one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

For 2025, Infobip wanted to take that interactivity to the next level by creating an experience that not only entertained but also showcased the power of their WhatsApp chatbot technology. Their challenge? Turn the finale of the Shift Quest into an unforgettable activation by blending AR, gamification, and smart automation—right inside the chatbot.

Inner Reality, in partnership with Codified, launched the Shift Quest AR Hunt—a mobile-first, geo-targeted AR experience where attendees searched for three virtual ducks to complete their flock. The hunt was accessed directly via Infobip’s WhatsApp chatbot, showcasing seamless integration through an industry-first auto-registration system.
